Behavior Plan

 

***Disruptions will not be tolerated in the classroom. Below is the progression of consequences that will be carried out in the class in the event of a disruption. A copy of this will be sent home for both student and parent/guardian to sign.

 

  1. Give the student-in-question “the look.”
  2. Move closer to student-in-question.
  3. Take away disruptive item or verbally ask student-in-question to “stop” without interfering with instruction.
  4. Ask student-in-question to move to one of the isolated desks and resume learning.
  5. Ask student-in-question to move to “time-out” table and complete problem sheet.
  6. Phone call to parent or other responsible party.
  7. Completion of behavior contract.
  8. Administrative discipline.
